Can't render an idea for a month now

Hi, 

 

There seems to be something wrong. I still have credits, but I'm unable to render anything. This issue has been happening for more than a month now. I don't know what could be causing it.

If you try another browser as a test, does it work in that browser?  Please tell us your OS and browser and their version numbers.
