    Even after paying the subscription, i am still getting the error "unable to load generative credits" and my photoshop says" you dont have enough credits. please buy" even after paying 32 dollars for 7000 generative credits

    i am attaching the screenshot as well

      Firefly can not view my user AI credits, I have checked my account they are there, but I cannot use any platform but firefly 4
      User count cannot be retrieved
