Cannot access to firefly home page

Hello, it seems I cannot access to the firefly home page in any of my current navigators (google chrome and microsoft edge) and I don't know how to fix this.

Thank you for your message. 

The most frequent cause of this problem is a Windows firewall blocking traffic to Adobe. Are you using a windows computer?  If so, please try resetting the Windows firewall to the default settings and see if that fixes the problem.
