Cannot generate

Hello,

 

everytime I try to generate something there is an error. Its been like this for days.

The subscription is running as usual but the service is not available.

Hi @Nina37276683sk9m!

 

If you are getting a blank screen, hold <SHIFT> and press the reload button.  If that does not work, can you please reply with the following information:
• What Firefly function were you using? (text to image, text to vector, text to video, image to video, generative fill, audio/video translation, boards)
• A screenshot of the whole browser window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing, or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).
