cannot generate images

It has been wrong for more than 4 days on my end, as a premium customer it should not take over 30 minutes to try and generate one image, I keep getting that annoying message with the stupid dog telling me to try later. What’s the point of paying for a service when you can’t use it when you need to. They never should have offered the Unlimited if they didnt have the server power to handle it.
