Cannot generate text to image, full of credits

I am logged in as a professional creative cloud user and I've used firefly before without issue. My account has 3000 credits remaining and I'm unable to create a text to image. I'm NOT looking for a video at this time. I've cleared my cookies and cache, and restarted. I tried a different browser. Generation works fine in lightroom and in photoshop. My co-worker, also on a plan, is also unable to use it. Is there some sort of bug we can troublshoot that's rendering firefly inactive?

I'm currently on Mac 15.3.1 (24D70), and am attempting to access the web version of Adobe Firefly via Chrome and Safari and neither is working.

Hello @Crystal36661063oljq,

Thank you for your message.

Generally, when you see the dog, that is an account problem and the monkey is a problem with that generation in the prompt or reference images.

In this case, the words rottenmold and slime are what is causing the generation to fail. Please note that Adobe has terms of use which include guidelines for acceptable content.  Those are detailed in this document:  Adobe Generative AI User Guidelines. You can chose different descriptive words and likely be able to generate.  This prompt worked for me:
