cannot load firefly apps - nao consigo entrar no firefly

Although I'm logged to my acount, I cannot load any of firefly apps. If I click on "text to image", I'm sent to the page with the video explaining how it works, and that's the same for "generative fill" and "text effects". It has been this way for days now. No warning is displayed, nothing that expains what's happening or what I can do. I've signed out and back in but that's the same result.

Any help apreciated.

Apesar de ter entrado na minha conta, nao consigo acessar nenhum dos aplicativos do firefly. Se clico em "text to image", vou para a página com o video explicativo sobre o assunto. O mesmo acontece com todos os outros. Ja sai e entrei novamente e o resultado é o mesmo. Nenhum aviso, nada que ne diga o que fazer/
