cannot sign in using my active adobe account

Hi John,

Just to add on what droopy has said. While this is an Adobe site to give support to Adobe customers, the people who are active in responding generally don't work for Adobe. This is the reason we can only offer support on aspects of using tools. We can't help with account related matters. For that, you'd need to speak to Adobe directly and the online chat, as droopy mentioned, is the easierst way to do that.
