Cannot upload my own images for reference

I am unable to upload my own images for reference or composition/structure reference.

 

OSX, chrome Version 128.0.6613.138 (Official Build) (x86_64)

 

What is the problem? I select Continue and the file is never uploaded.

@zooinahat just hit continue and it will upload. That is a boiler plate acknowledgement that you own the rights to the image.
