cannot use adobe boards - not able to generate

I'm experiencing an issue with Adobe Firefly Boards where I cannot generate images.

Issue

• The problem occurs on both shared Boards and brand-new Boards.

• On a brand-new Board, the Generate options are completely missing—the buttons do not appear at all.

• I also cannot change the generative model within Firefly Boards.

Troubleshooting completed

I've already tried the following:

• Cleared my browser cache and cookies

• Logged out of Adobe and back in

• Restarted Chrome

• Restarted my computer

• Tested in both Chrome and Safari

• Tried Incognito/Private Browsing

• Disabled my VPN

• Disabled my ad blocker

The issue persists across all of these scenarios.

Account

• I have an active Adobe Firefly Pro subscription.

• Regular Firefly image generation works correctly—this issue only affects Firefly Boards.

Could you please check or reset my Firefly Boards account entitlements or feature configuration? It appears that my account may not be loading the Boards generation features correctly.
