Cant add Image Reference anymore

I have been using Firefly for only a day and I am no longer able to add a reference photo from my library. It shows up blank everytime and it just started happening all of a sudden. I cleared my cache and logged out and still no luck.

If you try another browser as a test, does it do the same thing? Is it all photos you upload or just one?
