cant upgrade firefly in the uk

Hi, when I try to upgrade firefly, it says I cant in my region (UK) and sends me to a resellers link thats broken

    here is the screen I get . 
    If I use google maps to show my cureent location, it shows in the UK ... any help???

    Is it possible you are using a VPN or corporate network which might be connected to the internet outside of the UK?

     

    Can you show us an image of the full browser window with that message?
