cant' use firefly although it says I have full credits

It says I cant use Firefly although I'm logged in and have 1000 credits left. Who can help?

Hello @Jeannine37946795upp7,

 

Are you on an enterprise account?  If so, it appears you are not configured to have access to Firefly on the enterprise account. You need to see your local Adobe Administrator in your organisation to have them grant access. If you are not sure who that is, start with your information technology group.
