change in image hue/saturation

the more I edit an image on edit tool the more it changes the lighting of the original image without my request, it turns greenish

With this type of project, I would either use Adobe Express or Photoshop to add those extra elements or to make the stand look realistic. This way you keep the colours and the white background. Within Express and Photoshop you can select an area and generate a desired outcome.

  Check these out it clearly changes the colors as I request edits on the image. The yellowish greenish one is what this image turns out after 4-5 edit requests (did not requested any lighting/effect/ PS edits)

Could you share a screenshot and possibly your prompt?
I have experienced this to some extent as well. You may want to use Photo as a setting. (tends to keep the image crisp).

Another possible work around is using PS, Adobe Boards or even Adobe Express. It really depends on what you are looking to do and to create.
