Character sheet generation always fails in Firefly Elements

I am using the new Firefly generation and editing experience (Beta) and can successfully create and save Character Elements.
 

However, Character Sheet generation consistently fails with the error:

“Failed to generate pose sheet, please try again.”
 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Character Element with a base image.

2. Open the Character Sheet.

3. Select one reference view (front face).

4. Click “Generate all.”

5. The generation fails with the error above.
 

Troubleshooting already tested:

- Tested with two completely different Character Elements.

- One was a simple illustrated character.

- The other was a clean, front-facing photorealistic human portrait.

- Tested with only one Character Sheet view selected.

- Reproduced in both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.

- Normal Firefly image generation works successfully in the same account and browser.

- Character Elements themselves can be created and saved successfully.

- After the failure message appears, the Element may continue to show a blue processing indicator.
 

The issue therefore appears to be specific to Character Sheet / pose sheet generation rather than the source image, browser, or general image generation.
 

Environment:

Windows 11 Home 25H2, 64-bit.

I am currently using the free Firefly plan. Is Character Sheet generation supported on the free plan during the Beta?
 

Please let me know if there is a known issue with Character Sheet generation in the Elements Beta or if any additional information would help reproduce the problem.
