Charge credits with no images

My credits are consumed when no images are generated.  I need to be refunded for 10 credits because on Aug 28 and Aug 29, I experienced a continuous string of errors that resulted in the message "Something went wrong. Please edit your prompt and try again. Replace image".

I'd suggest trying to talk to an Adobe agent through the text chat available from teh link below. Type 'real agent' to get a person.
