charged for editing unusable generated stills to video

I up loaded 2 still images for video animation. It charged me 300 credits. The images were of stairs and a landing in a property. The generated video took me up the stairs on a flight angle that didnt exist so its totally usless. i went to edit this and it wants another 250 credits and i can seem to contest this previous usless footage. Have i any leverage here or is it just my tough luck? seems grossly unacceptable if that is the case
