Charging me 500 credits, not 100

Hi, 

In image to video in Adobe Firefly, desktop app, I should be charge 100 credits, but I'm being charged 500. And resolutions lower than 1080p are not available. Please help. Using Macbook Pro.

Thank you for your message. 

Unfortunately, that text box is wrong. The correct number of credits is documented in: Generative credits FAQ:

 

Note that the number of credits in this table is per second, so you have to multiply by 5 to get the number of credits per 5 second generation.

 

I have asked Adobe to update that text box.
