Complaint Regarding Firefly Vector Generation Malfunction

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I am writing to express my frustration with the persistent malfunction of Firefly’s vector generation feature. Despite multiple attempts using different web browsers—including Safari, Firefox, and Chrome—the tool fails to function properly when I try to create a simple vector using a reference image. Every attempt ends with the same error message:

"Un problème est survenu. Veuillez réessayer ultérieurement."

This issue has been ongoing, and it is preventing me from using a feature that I am actively paying for as part of my subscription. I expect a professional-grade service to be reliable, and this has been extremely disappointing and disruptive to my workflow.

Please investigate this problem and provide a timeline for resolution. Additionally, I would appreciate some form of compensation or explanation for the lack of functionality in a paid product.

Sorry about the trouble. Does it only happen while using a reference image? Could you share a prompt that you're using for generating?

Same happening in mine, What is the purpose of paid version then? Do u have any solution, i tried using different browser but no chance
