I have been constantly getting errors while trying to generate images for the past week. I purchased a paid subscription, but I cannot use the service at all, which is extremely frustrating. Why am I unable to use the service I paid for? Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I have been constantly getting errors while trying to generate images for the past week. I purchased a paid subscription, but I cannot use the service at all, which is extremely frustrating. Why am I unable to use the service I paid for?The exact error message I receive is: "An error occurred. Please try again later."I have already tried everything to fix it on my end: I tested it on multiple different web browsers, used various different images and prompts, and even changed my DNS settings, but nothing works. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Hi Lawhiet,

We understand that it can be frustrating when you run into errors and cannot generate the videos you need. In order to assist you we ask you to provide additional information.

Something went wrong:

A Full Screenshot or short video:  Please provide a screenshot of your entire browser or application window, including your avatar in the upper right corner. Many errors have multiple causes; seeing the full context is much more helpful than a zoomed-in image of the error message alone.

  • System Details: Specify your Operating System (OS) and Browser (including version numbers).
  • Workflow Context:

    • Which Firefly function were you using? (e.g., Text to Image, Generative Fill, Text to Video, etc.)

    • Which model was selected? (e.g., Firefly Image 3, Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3).

    • The full prompt you were using.

    • Copies of any reference images, keyframes, or original images used.

(Make sure to remove person details: email address, name and etc. before posting)

Obs: You can also check this article that explains the most common reasons that trigger the error you’ve been seeing.

Thanks

Matt
