Constant "We’re having trouble generating content right now."

Every edit I make, regardless of model, size settings, or creating a new board results in the same error:
"We’re having trouble generating content right now. Please try again in a few moments."

I can't even use my credits due to this.

I'm having the same issue, while using Firefly Boards. I'm using Chrome Version 138.0.7204.184 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Sorry to hear that. Does it happen while doing something specific in Boards? Have you tried on another Boards?

Let us know.

Thanks,

I believe I figured out why this happens. Flux Kontext supports a safety
parameter to flag content that might be deemed unsafe. On fal dot ai, it
shows this:
safety_tolerance SafetyToleranceEnum

The safety tolerance level for the generated image. 1 being the most strict
and 5 being the most permissive. Default value: "2"

Possible enum values: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6

Note: This property is only available through API calls.

with the default setting of 2, it wouldn't generate my images. Setting
this to 5 fixed it there. Adobe seems to have left this in, but isn't
piping the error in. I could be totally wrong, but using the fal api was my
workaround.

Hi there!

Sorry to hear that. Which browser are you using? Does it only happen while using Firefly Boards?

Let us know. Happy to help.

Thanks,
