Boa tarde
Eu estou entrando agora no FireFly e diz que já usei 25/25 creditos
Mas não usei nenhum. Como eu disse, estou entrando pela primeira vez na palataforma para testar.

    Thanks for reaching out! Could you please let us know:

    • Are you signed in with the correct Adobe account?
    • What Firefly plan or subscription do you currently have?
    • Did you recently start a trial, or was the account created some time ago?
    • Can you share a screenshot of the credits page showing the 25/25 credits used message?
    • Do you see any previous generations in your Firefly history?

    As a few quick checks, please try:

    1. Signing out of Firefly and signing back in.
    2. Verifying that you're logged into the intended Adobe account.

    Is it possible that you used generative fill features in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Adobe Express?  They use the same pool of generative credits.
