Content credentials locking me out from uploading any image.

I cannot upload an image to firefly. I have tried both uploading to the gallery for image editing and video. The pop up says i need to upload another image with different content credentials, even though i am the one who photographed the images. I also tried to upload photos that were saved from photoshop and even a screenshot to wipe out metadata with no luck.

Hi @Ryan@Menards,

Can you provide us with a screen shot of the full browser window with the error message visible? Can you try an alternative browser as a test and see if you have the problem in it?

Good Morning,
I have tried it in a couple of browsers (firefox, edge, chrome) and computers within the company and no luck getting it to work. I also found that i cannot upload images for the “edit image” part of firefly as well.
