Credit Refund Request – Seedance 2.0 Generation Failed to Apply Requested Style

Hello,

I used Seedance 2.0 in Adobe Firefly to generate an 8-second video using a video reference and an image style reference. The prompt explicitly instructed the model to transform the original footage into a colorful hand-painted pastel / illustrated style while preserving the composition.

However, the generated result was essentially the same as the original input video and did not apply the requested visual transformation or the provided style reference. Since the generation did not meaningfully follow the prompt, the credits were consumed without producing the requested output.

This appears to be a generation failure rather than a subjective quality issue, as the requested style transformation was not applied at all.

I would like to request a refund of the credits used for this generation.

I can provide the original video, style reference, prompt, and generated output if needed.

Thank you.

    Creative Cloud app

I have noticed something similar when using 3rd party models. As a result, I have had to in my Creative Cloud app to see if the image/ voice/ video has been generated before pressing “Generate” again to conserve credits.

Could you have a look in your Creative Cloud App and see if the image/video is hiding there?

    >>Press generate: ONLY ONCE or Twice<<. If the generation is taking forever, not generating, or giving you the same results: just press generate once or twice. This will help you save credits. Finally, check your CC App for your images and videos.

How to reliably download your files
In your Adobe Creative Cloud you can find your files there and download them. Here s a short video showing the steps
