The number of credits used in video generation depends on the resolution selected and is documented in: Generative credits FAQ:

Note that the number of credits in this table is per second, so you have to multiply by 5 to get the number of credits per 5 second generation.

You can change the resolution of the generation on the left panel under "Resolution":
