Hello. I have Adobe Firefly credits, but when I create images, I can't seem to download them. Why is this?

Hello @Scott25308758t2o2,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

Credits are deducted at generation time,  not download. So, if you are having a download issue, it would not be related to credits. Are you getting an error or just silently does not download?  Can you please tell us your OS and browser and their versions? Also, please verify you are not out of disk space.
