Credits and Subscription

Hello,
I accidentally subscribed to an Adobe plan, but the subscription does not appear in my Adobe account. However, my bank card is still being charged. I’m also not entirely sure which Adobe account or email address this payment is linked to.

Payment details:
– Date: October 26, 2025
– Time: 12:16:35
– Amount: 717.60 TRY
– Payment reference: 23445529909256990

I tried the chat support, but it only asks me to buy a plan and I cannot reach a human agent.

Could anyone guide me on how to identify the account linked to this payment, cancel the subscription, and get a refund?

Thank you very much for your help.

Hi @yusuf_6180

You can alternatively reach us on the social media platform X here

The team can help you search for the account.

Thanks.

I’ve already tried that several times, but every time I get this message:
“To continue with agent assistance, please sign in with an active plan. I found no record of an active plan linked to (ysf***@gmail.com).”

So I’m unable to reach a human agent through the chat system. What else can I do?

Hey @yusuf_6180

Log into your Adobe Creative Cloud Account and start a chat bot conversation and then ask for a person.

Thank you for your reply.
I’ve already checked all my email accounts (including spam and trash folders), but I couldn’t find any email or receipt related to this payment or subscription.
What should I do next?

Hey @yusuf_6180

if you have multiple email accounts that are linked to different adobe accounts, you could start with checking your email accounts. Adobe sends you a receipt indicating that you have paid for 'x" subcription.

Cheers
