Credits are not resetting

They reset on the anniversary date for your plan. That is the renewal data that shows when you look at your plan(s) on https://account.adobe.com/plans. If you have more than one plan that grants credits (such as Creative Cloud Pro and a Firefly plan), you get a refresh of the credits for that plan only on the anniversary date of that plan. Did you not get credits on the anniversary dat of your plan?
