Thanks for posting! Can you share the OS/browser and version info for me, as well as how many credits were consumed? I’ve escalated this issue to the team.

There is a bit of an issue. 
Could you have a look in your Creative Cloud App and see if the image/video is hiding there?

>>Press generate: ONCE<<. If the generation is taking forever or not generating check your CC App.
 

How to reliably download your files
