Credits being taken, no results

I love firefly and Adobe but this is getting bad, I keep getting charged for credits without getting an output, as you all know credits are PRECIOUS. I do not think its fair for paying users to be charged credits when there is no output and this happens semi often. I am using a macbook pro, this happens in safari and brave, even if i wait an hour before refreshing the page nothing happens and I still get charged. Please at least give us our credits back when we get no results. I am a loyal user and this is starting to really effect my faith in firefly.

Here is a screenshot of what it looks like while waiting for an upscale that never happens and if i reload all is lost with no result besides missing credits.

I have no idea how many credits I even have. I do know that I make an image costing 40 credits and there is no change. I can only assume I am being charged. I have to back all the way out because it keeps using images I uploaded in the past which has nothing to do with the image I am trying to make.

There are certain limitations with the Topaz Video upscaler. If you don’t mind sharing the video with us, we’ll look into it further and see what might be preventing the process from completing.
