Credits deducted after Firefly image generation failed with network error (no output received)

I attempted to generate an image in Adobe Firefly, but a network error occurred during the process. The generation did not complete, yet my credits were still deducted.
I did not receive the final output, so I believe the credit usage is incorrect. Please review this issue and restore the deducted credits if applicable.
Kindly let me know the reason for this and how it can be prevented in the future.

    Credits should show back up on failed requests (not prompt restrictions, etc). Try refreshing the browser window or clearing caches.
