credits withdrawn

Hi! Why my credits were withdrawn though the model i used was unavailable?
I pressed ''Generate" several times, each time getting message "The model you're using is currently unavailable. Please try again later." and my credits reuced from 3600 to 2800

Hi @Pablo_Dudovich8390,

 

When did this happen?  Are you saying you pressed "generate" and after the failure message came up, you then pressed "generate" again and did this several times?

The credits have not been re-added. The balance is 2800 after a few hours

Hello @Pablo_Dudovich8390,

Thank you for your message. 

Credits are deducted when you press the generate button. If the generation fails, they are now supposed to be added back in. That re-adding might not be instantaneous. Are you able to check your credit balance again?
