Custom Models page just shows a video

Trying to get started training a custom model, but the 'custom models' page is just a video, and  cme/train is just a message saying I have no custom models

Hello @Rick36636051zo0o,

Has your local Adobe administrator provisioned your account to be able to create a custom model? Enterprise user accounts do not have that entitlement by default. It has to be added by the local Adobe administrator. Just wanted to double check that.
