Débit de 400 crédits bug

Hello,

Je viens de lancer la création d'une vidéo et cette vidéo m'acouté 400 crédits pour avoir au final une erreur : Un problème est survenu

Veuillez réessayer ultérieurement.

Si je rééssaye je vais être à nouveau débité de 400 crédits !

Ce n'est pas normal, quand un bug survient, les crédits de devraient pas être débités.

Merci de rétablir mes crédits et ne pas les decompter.

Still not recovered the missing credits. I have now 2.780 (because still working on the tools...)

Tks a lot for your fast reply.

I hope to get back my credits. Actually, i've just checked, no restoration yet.

Unfortunately, I did not make any screenshot, only copy pasted the error message... and of course i've re-generate the video (for nothing, the result is just really not acceptable). So this morning i still had 4.000 credits, now 2.800.

I used this model and settings:

Really??!

This is not supposed to work like that. Once you get to the store, when you pay, you're supposed to get what you've paid for.

Hello @Olivier36696143bdp3,

Thank you for your message. 

Credits are deducted when you press generate. If the generation fails, they should be restored, but it is not necessarily instantaneous. Can you please double check to see if they have since been restored?

 

If not, can you please tell us what model you were using and the resolution and length. Did you happen to take a screen shot of the error?
