depuis que je suis abonné en soit-disant illimité, les rerreurs ne cessent de se multiplier, c'est très frustrant. "Un probème est survenu", j'ai ce message environ 9 fois sur 10 générations, le service devient carrément inutilisable !

je voudrais que ça fonctionne. avant que je prenne l’abonnement “illimité” ça fonctionnait correctement, avec un taux d’erreurs “acceptable”, mais là, c’est permanent, 9 erreurs pour 10 générations ! inacceptable !

    hi, it was happening mostly with Nano banana 3, but it seems results are much better now! thanks.

    We are aware that some Creative Cloud users generating imagery using Nano Banana Pro are experiencing elevated error rates and delays. We are actively working to address the issue.

    We're very sorry you had to go through this. That's definitely not the experience we want you to have.

    To help narrow this down a bit, could you tell me which feature you’re using when the error appears, or if it happens across all features? I’m also curious whether it only happens with certain models or if every model is giving you the same issue.
     

    Once I have that, I can dig deeper and try to get you some clarity.
