I generated my first video from text. It took credits, but stays stuck in genareting last 25% already for an hour. There is a screen shoot:

How can I get back credits and will it end generating at some point?

Hi rgonzalez_enabler,

Thank you for reaching out about this. To look into it further, we’ll need a bit more information, specifically the model you’re using, your prompt, and any keyframes if you included them.
A full‑screen screenshot showing your browser would also be really helpful.

Let us know when you have it.

Hi
Did not took screenshot of the error just tried again and again, i tried with Sora 2 for a 12ss video.
This is the prompt i used: A realistic, professional video showing a Latin accountant transitioning from an outdated workflow to a modern mobile payment solution. The scene begins with muted, tense lighting: the accountant sits at a cluttered desk filled with stacks of paper, looking stressed. A frustrated customer stands in front of him holding a credit card and a paper form. The accountant raises his hands to signal “no,” unable to accept the card. The mood is slow and heavy.
The camera moves smoothly to the right, and the lighting shifts to bright, clean high‑key illumination. The clutter disappears. The same Latin accountant now stands confidently with a smartphone displaying a simple, modern mobile payment UI. No extra hardware. The customer smiles and taps their card or completes the payment instantly. The transaction is fast and seamless.
Emphasize the contrast between outdated vs. modern workflows: slow vs. fast, cluttered vs. clean, frustration vs. convenience. Highlight quick subscription setup, mobility, no extra costs, and the ability to work from anywhere. Professional, realistic style with strong visual contrast and smooth camera movement.
