Don't show upload option and show me a problem Sorry, your access has been denied. You are ineligible to use this product pr service due to the Service Ineligiblity Requirements fix my problem

    You might be ineligible to use Adobe Firefly for a few reasons. Here are some possible solutions:

    • Check your region: Firefly is not available in all regions. If you are not in a supported region, you cannot use the service.
    • Check your account status: If your Adobe account is suspended or terminated, you cannot use Firefly. You can check the status of your account by logging in to the Adobe website.
