Download button not working

Hi the download button is not working properly. Sometimes, it just doesn't lead to anything when you click. It's always happening even after paying for the firefly subscription

    @darwincanga Please make sure you're using the latest version of your browser. 

    Does it show the down starting? Do you get an error? Does this happen on other browsers?
