I cannot download bulk edits of 16 files. I've tried twice now. I am receiving download error messages under More. However, it has successfully taken my credits both times, so I also need a refund of credits for both attempts. I am on a deadline and the service is touted and priced as professional software, so if I could get some direct help vs a community post. I would greatly appreciate it.
