download issues

after clicking the download button, nothing ever actually downloads onto my computer.

Chrome Version 134.0.6998.45 

After generating an image, it makes 4 samples, click the download button or the download icon. 

a notification that its downloading pops up but nothing ever downloads or prompts me for where I would like for it to download to. browser shows nothing has been downloaded.
