    Hi @Babita30695730i1dk, how are you accessing Firefly Beta? From a desktop or a smartphone? What browser are you using? Did you try switching to another browser? Do you have any firewall or antivirus software installed that may be preventing the downloads? Were you ever able to download an image, or did this just start happening?
