Downloaded files wont open

I download them. They say '(generated title). download, and photoshop will not open them. Am I missing a step?

Hello @MerMaiden,

Thank you for your message. 

Can you please explain the steps you took in more detail?  Such as generated an image using text to image, and then downloaded the file and tried to open that file in Photoshop.  If Photoshop is giving an error, please include a screen shot of the full Photoshop window with the error visible.
