Downloading image but freezing everytime

I don't know what technical problem this is but freezing and not continuing to Download image makes it very annoying so please fix it.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

 

At what point is it freezing? If you try another browser, does it freeze in that browser, also?  If it does freeze in the alternative browser, please let us know what OS and browser you are using along with the versions. A screen recording of the freezing behaviour would also help.
