Duration to create a vector graphic in Firefly

Over an hour I'm waiting for the program to come up with a result. Simple prompt, simple vector graphic, so it seems... The prompt went: "Create a sphere with a diameter of 48 metres as a tensegrity structure."

Thank you for your message. 

It should not take that long. it should take 10-15 seconds. If it lasts that long, the session is likely hung. Is this happening on every generation? Try again after reloading the page. If it is still happening, please include the following information:
• A screen shot of the whole browser window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing.
• Tell us what operation system (OS) and browser you are using along with their version numbers.
