Erro ao gerar video. Quero meus creditos de volta

ola. 

Acabo de tentar gerar um video via Adobe Firefly (Ray3) e a plataforma me retornou um erro. 

Anexo o prompt, a tela de erro e os creditos que foram gastos.

Gostaria de ter estes créditos de volta.

Could you write out your prompt(s)?  The image is not coming through.

Your credits are gone. Adobe has it's own credit system. And the 3rd Party Apps have their own credit system.

Firefly Adobe Apps are in Red
The 3rd Party Apps such as Ray are below the line.

  • Trademarked / Copyright
  • Political figures / Celebrities 
  • Children (Adobe will not prompt anything with  regards to children)
  • Nudity
