How long did it take to generate an image?
Did you try different prompts, perhas simpler ones? If so, did this take less time?
I assume your internet connection was fine and the speed fast. You scan do a test with loading of other sites or run a speed test.
Providing more information can help identify what's going wrong and for Adobe to take action if required.
