Title pretty much explains it. I have tried created several videos from a firefly generated image of a woman in a meditation pose and the video is simply to have her breathe in and bring her arms up over her head, palms together, and then exhale and bring her arms down to her chest. Keep getting this error for months but dont have enough time to keep messing with it. Ive tried other simple videos of other things and get this message or the message that the firefly image does not meet community standards.

Have the same issue. It gobbles up my credits then “Can’t load” the generated video. What a joke, Atleast with Higgfield it will refund you the credits if it fails.
I was using Latest chrome, Windows, Cleared cache etc..

Hi Michael300745153vnx!

Sorry to hear that. If the generations fail, credit will be restored soon to your account.

Please check your account to confirm.

Thanks,

Thank you. I’ve been playing with it more, and seems that when I use Veo 3 models its is bring up this error (seems to work for ray, pika, veo 2 and runway). Also when I use fireFly model it tells me the reference image is not within guidelines.. The reference image is a first person shooter gameplay footage, so there is a gun in shot. However when I use a tame image Veo 3 still wont work. Spent 1500 credits working this out...

Me too!

Hey @boomchicaboomboomboom
Thank you for your message.

We need additional information to understand what is happening. Can you please reply with the following information:

• A screen shot of the whole browser (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).

• A copy of the keyframe(s), reference images or video you were using (if any), or image you were using in generative fill.

An example of the prompt that you are using as well would help.
Could you provide a screenshot of an example of your image that is being rejected?

Common problems

  • Trademarked / Copyright
  • Political figures / Celebrities
  • if it has children or child like images (an absolute no/ firefly will not generate anything that even resembles a child/ even childlike)

or

  • - the prompt has words associated with children example: boy, girl, kid, kids, child, children and so on...
Generation Models will not generate anything to do with children.
  • Nudity

Cheers

Nate

I don't have an avatar(I greatly don’t use them. Not into that kind of thing) and don’t know what that has to do with this problem. I already described the prompt I used in my post and other people have copied and paste  the same error message into their posts. Obviously there’s a systemic error in the code adobe needs to fix if everyone is having the same problem.. There’s only one prompt and it's “Generate”. You sit there and wait and wait and in the end you get the same error message. Last might I was able to create a couple pf clips but they software didn't use the images I uploaded. /ut replaced them with its own similar ones but did not use mine. I trued several other mages after those two were crated and the software failed every single time the same way.

Since a couple of days I'm the same problem, before it worked fine. I have changed browsers, AI models, First frame resolution, restarted my PC and then only running Firefly, all without succes.

Sometimes it generates a video, but with a first frame which is different from the one I provided. So this costs me credits.

In the meantime I have found a solution for my problem.

I was using a photo of a person and in Photoshop I added a design to a shirt.

my prompt was something like “the subject walks towards the camera which zoom in on the graphic on the shirt”

This worked before. But in new designs no longer.

I discover when I decreased the opacity of the image (so blending it more in the shirt) the prompt worked fine.

Hopefully this works for others as well.

I keep getting this same message everytime I try to create a video, how can I fix this? I already cleared my cache and cookies. This is the prompt I am using:

Cinematic camera tracking shot of the same man from the reference image flying over a dense jungle in Indonesia.

The camera smoothly tracks alongside and slightly below him as he moves forward through the air, maintaining focus on his face and upper body while the jungle rushes beneath.

His rocket-powered shoes emit controlled blue-white plasma flames, with realistic exhaust trails, heat distortion, and subtle light flicker reflecting off nearby leaves and mist.

Below: lush Indonesian rainforest canopy with towering palm trees, banyan trees, thick tropical vegetation, waterfalls cascading into rivers, drifting mist and atmospheric haze creating depth and scale.

His robe and integrated futuristic armor move naturally in the wind, fabric fluttering and reacting to speed and airflow with realistic cloth physics.

Lighting: golden-hour sunset with warm backlight, volumetric god rays cutting through jungle mist, cinematic rim lighting on the character, physically accurate shadows and reflections.

Camera movement: smooth stabilized tracking shot, subtle parallax between foreground leaves, midground trees, and background waterfalls; slight handheld cinematic micro-movement for realism.

Lens & look: wide anamorphic lens, shallow depth of field, soft background motion blur, sharp focus on the character’s face.

Color grading: cinematic teal-and-orange, rich jungle greens, warm highlights, deep contrast, filmic tone.

Style: ultra-realistic, grounded sci-fi adventure film, AAA movie quality, realistic motion, no animation or cartoon look.

Hi diane262167685a5z!

Sorry about the trouble. I tried creating a video from the image, and it's working fine. What prompt were you using to generate videos?

Let us know. Happy to investigate.

Thanks,
^KR

What prompt? the onyx one we have is “generate”. And what dies it mean to edit. .there is no edit feature. that edit tab at the to just brings to to another page where you can't do anything meaningful to effect any change.

I’m signed uo for the basic package and trying out the free trial.  So far I’m unimpressed.

Can't load

We can't display the generated video.
You can edit and try again.
