Error generating speech

The application reports an error when generating speech from the company profile using the ElevenLabs Multilingual V2 model. "An error has occurred. Please try again later or contact support for assistance."
It works fine from other accounts. Where is the problem?

Thank you very much for your help. It function. I had to enable third-party language models in the admin console.

Everything is working now.

Hi @maxit Česká republika,

The most likely reason is that your local Adobe administrator has not enabled third party models or it is not on your plan. I recommend you talk with your organisation's local Adobe admin. If you are not sure who that is, start with IT.

Hi!

I am also interested in using the ElevenLabs model for speech synthesis (the same error occurs). Could I ask for step-by-step instructions on what my system administrator needs to do for this? Perhaps changes to the service plan? (how to navigate the menu and which items to select). Thank you!

Hello,

We have a Creative Cloud Pro plan. After logging in, I have a choice of two profiles. The first is a company profile, which shows 4,000 credits available, but speech generation reports an error in this profile. The second profile is for my email, and there are no credits available in this one. Speech generation worked on a trial basis here.

Hello @maxit Česká republika,

Thank you for your message.

Can you please show us a screen shot of the full browser window with the error? Are you on an enterprise, teams, or individual plan?

Thanks,
