It keeps saying "Something went wrong

This image produced an error. Please try again."

The internet connection is fairly fast at office.

Version of the app: Web version
Platform and OS version: Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise
Basic steps to reproduce the problem: After giving a basic prompt, it says
"Something went wrong
This image produced an error. Please try again."
Expected result and actual result: It should display AI generated image options.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

If this is happening every time, the most frequent reason for that is the Windows Firewall. Try resetting the windows firewall back to the default. Let us know if that works or not.
