Hi @Lalit38567942zpsl,

The most common reason for this seems to be the Windows firewall. Try reseting it to the default settings.

To add to this, it only seems to occur after I've input the initial prompt, and I am trying to add techniques, style effects, color and tone settings to the prompt, and attempt again.

I'm having the same issue, tried this and didn't help me at all.  For me it's an occasional error in illustrator that says high demand try again later, and then when I try on the firefly website it works for the first attempt then it just repeatedly fails and gives me something went wrong error. Doesn't matter what browser I'm in.  I wish they could fix stuff like this if they're charging the premium price then these things shouldn't be ongoing issues, there could be a consolation of sorts. Free generations is a tender notion, if they actually worked.

Have you tried logging in and out? I have seen weird errors like this when an authentication token expired.

If that is not it, will probably need some help from an Adobe employee.

- every time

- same issue on Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome

- also my Illustrator firefly plug-in is not working; the error that I get for Illustrator says that their "network is in high demand" and to try again later but this has been the message that I get for 2 weeks now.

@HeidiLeComte_IGT, does this happen every time or just once?  Which browser are you using? Can you please include a screen shot of the whole browser window?  Thanks.
